LexHub B.V. is a Netherlands-registered legal technology company providing an AI-powered platform to help legal professionals with research, drafting, and document analysis. We act as a data controller for personal information collected directly and as a data processor for content uploaded on behalf of third parties.

We collect account information (name, email, organisation, role, encrypted password), usage and technical data, uploaded content, billing and transaction data, support and communication data, and essential cookies for authentication and security.

We use your data for service delivery and improvement, AI processing based on your instructions, analytics and enhancement, communication, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.

Processing relies on: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional communications.

The platform is not intended for the processing of special category personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).

Personal data is retained as long as your account is active and for up to 30 days after termination.

We share data with verified sub-processors, through external service integrations, with collaborative users who have authorised access, and with legal authorities where required.

Data storage occurs within the European Economic Area (EEA). Transfers outside the EEA include appropriate safeguards.

We implement ISO 27001-level security encompassing encryption, access controls, monitoring, regular audits, and secure development practices.

Our services target business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.

Material modifications trigger email or in-platform notification, with the latest version available on the website.
