1. Services Provided

LexHub is a cloud-based AI platform for legal professionals offering AI-assisted research, drafting, analysis, document review, workflow automation, secure storage, AI agents, and integration with Word/Outlook. AI output may contain inaccuracies and does not replace professional judgment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, users accept these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information and maintain credential confidentiality.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to lawful use only. LexHub is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Users must not upload special category personal data unless strictly necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

LexHub retains platform and software rights. Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

6. Data and Privacy

Data processing follows the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. Both parties maintain confidentiality.

7. Payment Terms

Credits are prepaid units for AI tasks. Credits expire 12 months after purchase and are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically. Price changes require 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

Services are provided "as available." Support operates Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET.

9. Fair Use

LexHub reserves the right to restrict access for disruptive usage or abuse.

10. Termination

Users may cancel anytime. Data is retained 30 days post-termination, then deleted.

11. Sub-Processors

LexHub maintains an updated sub-processor list and notifies users of changes.

12. Data Transfers

Data is stored within the EEA. Transfers outside use GDPR-compliant mechanisms.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failures due to uncontrollable causes.

14. Indemnification

Users indemnify LexHub from third-party claims arising from platform use.

15. Limitation of Liability

Total aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of fees paid in twelve months or €5,000.

16. Feedback

Users grant LexHub a royalty-free license to use submitted feedback.

17. Beta Features

Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties.

18. Acceptable Use

Users cannot generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

19. Changes to Terms

Material changes are communicated via email. LexHub is intended for business use only.

20. Governing Law

Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes resolve in Midden-Nederland courts, Utrecht.
